Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes and work from Grand Rapids Elite Chimney Sweep. Last updated October 31, 2026.

Quotes

Our written quotes come from what the camera scan and the roof check show. If we find something on the day that changes the job, we stop and agree any change with you before carrying on.

Payment

Sweeps and inspections are paid on completion. Larger repairs may need a deposit to book the date, and the amount is written in your quote.

Prices on This Site

Prices on this website are typical 2026 Grand Rapids ranges for the jobs described. They are not offers. Your written quote is the price that counts.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a visit by telling us before the crew arrives. Tell us as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
